Properties under $900,000 = $9,000.00 commission + $950.00 expenses + GST
Properties over $900,000 = 1% of sale price + $950.00 expenses + GST
Deposit : All new listings require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to cover part of the initial expenses. This amount is credited to you upon the closing of a successful sale.
Listing realtor expenses : All sales are charged a fee of $950.00 plus GST to cover marketing and other expenses. The $500.00 deposit partially covers this cost at closing.
