It’s always important to know when to walk away from a negotiation as well. I’m not the type of agent who is interested in a quick sale for my benefit, I’m always happy to walk away from a deal if it’s in my clients best interests.

Markets fluctuate all the time. When governments change, markets can fluctuate. When the price of energy changes, markets can fluctuate. When currency exchange rates change, markets can fluctuate. Most times it’s just a matter of upgrading to another property, but it’s still important to be able to time it properly so you come out ahead.
