Unrepresented Buyer : If the buyer approaches the listing unrepresented you not be charged the portion allotted for the buyers representative. This is clearly written in our listing contract. This is known as double ending, and is a practice I’ve never adhered to.

Buyers Agent Remuneration : To ensure that all potential buyers visit your property, I recommend offering the buyers agent 3.255% on the 1st $100,000 and 1.1625% on the remainder when listing your home. This makes certain all potential buyers visit your home.

Buyers Representation : When representing the buyer, I work diligently to secure them the best deal under the best possible terms. In doing so, the seller has agreed to pay me a commission to bring my buyer. This amount can vary and is disclosed to you before placing an offer.
