List Your Property With 2% Realty Solution : The Evolution of Realty
Why 2%? My goal is always to serve my clients interests to the best of my ability. This includes charging a reasonable commission for my services. With 2% Realty Solution I am able to offer my clients 100% Realtor Services and 100% MLS Exposure while charging 2% commission.

Listing/Selling Fee : 1% of the purchase price, to a maximum of $15,000. This does not include the buyers agent fee.
Unrepresented Buyer : If the buyer approaches the listing unrepresented you will be charged 2% of the purchase price, to a maximum of $25,000.
Buyers Agent Remuneration : To ensure that all potential buyers visit your property, I recommend offering the buyers agent 3.255% on the 1st $100,000 and 1.1625% on the remainder when listing your home. This makes certain all potential buyers visit your home. While that is my recommendation to all of my sellers, you can always list and sell your property with me for 2% commission.
Buyers Representation : When representing the buyer, I work diligently to secure them the best deal under the best possible terms. In doing so, the seller has agreed to pay me a commission to bring my buyer. This amount can vary and is disclosed to you before placing an offer.
Buying and Selling : If you are buying and selling at the same time, my remuneration on selling your property will always be 1%, not including the buyer agent remuneration. Should the buyer approach us without representation, my commission payable will be 1% of the purchase price, to a maximum of $15,000.
